BOOKING PROCESS
How do I book?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, and major payment methods through our secure system.
What is your security deposit policy?
A standard $250 deposit will be requested prior to confirming your rental and will be charged on your credit/debit card until the return of the rental vehicle. The deposit will be refunded after the return of the rental vehicle, less any incidental charges incurred (gas, additional miles, tolls, unpaid citations, insurance deductible, rental extensions, or all other applicable fees per the accepted terms of the rental agreement).
Can I add an additional driver to my rental?
Yes, you can add an additional driver who is not listed on your personal auto insurance policy, such as a friend instead of a spouse or family member. This allows them to drive the rental vehicle with full coverage for $25/day. The additional driver must meet the same rental requirements as the primary driver.
INSURANCE AND PROTECTION
Do I need my own insurance to rent?
Yes, we require all renters to have a current and active policy with at least minimum liability insurance.
If you do not have full coverage, our Rental Car Damage Protection add-on provides additional protection for the rental vehicle, specifically covering damages to your rental vehicle from collisions.
Our insurance is secondary, meaning it only covers the rental vehicle if a collision occurs and your insurance acts as the primary.
Does the Rental Car Damage Protection cover damage to other vehicles?
No, our Rental Car Damage Protection add-on does not cover damage caused to another vehicle. However, the minimum state liability insurance that we require would cover any damage to another person’s vehicle.
Do I still need personal car insurance if I opt in for the Rental Car Damage Protection?
Yes, our Rental Car Damage Protection add-on is an additional form of protection but is not an insurance policy.
We still require all renters to have a current and active policy with at least minimum liability insurance.
What if my insurance deductible is over $2,500?
If your insurance deductible is over $2,500, we will require you to purchase our Rental Car Collision Damage Insurance add-on.
What are the insurance requirements for business rentals?
For business rentals, the business must add the rented vehicle to their policy. Proof of coverage for the company and all its employees/contractors must be provided before the rental. This coverage must include comprehensive and collision for the rental vehicle and any vehicle/property damage in case of an accident.
RENTAL POLICIES
What is the minimum booking age?
Our minimum booking age is 21 years old.
What are your rental requirements?

How many miles are included with my rental?
For all rentals, we allow unlimited miles per day. Please note that all rentals must stay within the state of NC/SC. Other states are not permitted for our rentals.
Do you allow out of country rentals?
At the moment, we do not allow out of country rentals.
Do you allow one-way rentals?
No, we do not allow one-way rentals for any of our vehicles.
What happens if I don’t show up for my reservation?
If the guest does not show up within 30 minutes of their reserved time, we may cancel the reservation with no refund.
What is your cancellation policy?
There are no cancellation fees for reservations canceled more than 72 hours prior to delivery or pick-up. Cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation will be penalized with 25% of the reservation total.
Do you offer a military discount?
We offer 10% off rentals for any military. Please contact us here for the coupon code.
VEHICLE PICKUP AND RETURN
Where do I pick up and drop off my car?
During the online reservation process, you will select from a list of 3 convenient locations where you can pick up and return your vehicle.

- Rock Hill, SC ($40)
- Charlotte, NC ($55)
* Please note that this fee can be waived for rentals that are greater than 1 month.
What is your refueling/recharging policy?
Refueling of gas and recharging of electric vehicles is the renter’s responsibility. If the vehicle is not refueled/charged to the level it was given, a fee of 2x the price of gas/electricity will be charged.
Our Quick Refuel & Recharge Return add-on option allows you to return the rental vehicle without a full tank of gas or a full charge for a one-time $60 fee. This add-on is perfect for those who want a hassle-free return process.
Do you offer pick-up or drop-off outside of business hours?
Yes, we accommodate rentals after normal business hours for a nominal fee. Our business hours are Monday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Can I return the car early?
Yes, you can return the car early, but please note that rental fees will be adjusted based on the original rental agreement.

Do you offer roadside assistance?
Yes, we offer 24/7 roadside assistance for all our rental vehicles. If you encounter any issues during your rental period, please contact our support team for assistance.
Do you offer child seats or other additional equipment?
Yes, we offer child seats as an add-on during the online reservation process.
